All of these workouts are suitable for either your RowErg, SkiErg or BikeErg. They offer a variety of workout formats that range in duration from 20 - 45 minutes. An erg workout is a full-body exercise session using an ergometer (or "erg"), an ERG machine that measures the work done. These workouts are low-impact, high-cardio, and can be adapted for any fitness level through varied techniques like intervals, steady-state rowing, sking ,biking , or focused technique drills.
